Ester Gum

Ester Gum

Ester gum, or glycerol ester of rosin, is a food-grade resin derived from natural pine rosin, widely used as a stabilizer in beverages (E445) to keep oils suspended and as a base for chewing gum. It acts as a tackifier in adhesives, coatings, and inks due to its high compatibility with polymers, high gloss, and excellent adhesion properties.
